Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate AI governance committee and supervisory group processes, including agendas, materials, decisions, and action follow-up.
  • •Manage AI use case reviews and approvals, ensuring submissions are complete and routed to the right reviewers.
  • •Support ownership and maintenance of AI policy, standards, and the governance framework, including guidance and attestations before go-live.
  • •Assess AI use cases and pilots for risks and mitigations across productivity, software development, customer, security, and data platforms; prepare risk assessments for forums.
  • •Oversee governance operating model activities—backlog management, training/literacy for stakeholders, third-party AI governance, and audit/risk/regulatory support with evidence tracking.
