Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture business and technical needs and shape them into robust solutions for the merchants and wallets segment.
  • •Collaborate with business owners and regional teams to run UX workshops and design frictionless customer journeys.
  • •Define how applications interact across personalization processes and design secure technical architectures (APIs, ETL, integrations).
  • •Pilot proof-of-concepts, lead demos and simulations, and validate ideas with real users.
  • •Work with product managers and global partners to refine roadmaps, support pre-sales, and scale platform deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering (or related field) with 10+ years’ experience in technical product management, software design, software architecture, or lead software engineering.
  • •Expertise in payments, with development experience (Java, APIs, ETL) and the ability to craft architectural software from the ground up.
  • •Proven experience shaping modern user experiences and designing end-to-end customer journeys.
  • •Ability to lead across multiple stakeholders and partners, translating needs into robust solutions for the merchants and wallets segment.
  • •Strong customer-centric mindset and demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and prioritization in a dynamic global environment.
