Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, staging, and other warehouse functions under the department supervisor.
  • •Receive all material into SAP and accurately perform bin transfers and data entry/retrieval from the computer system.
  • •Coordinate documentation distribution to ensure timely departmental release of materials.
  • •Ensure raw materials are sampled and stored according to plant GMP/SOPs and safety procedures; perform inventory counts accurately.
  • •Perform order checking, label making, UPS/FedEx shipping, and coordinate finished product/raw material transfers from outside warehouses; support work prioritization in the warehouse supervisor’s absence.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-3 years of warehousing experience.
  • •Strong inventory control knowledge, including counting procedures and product/movement understanding.
  • •Ability to use required computer systems (MAPICS, Windows, Outlook, Excel, Email) or be trained within the probationary period.
  • •Must be able to accurately enter and retrieve data from computer systems and complete receiving tasks in the Excel worksheet.
  • •Must be able to obtain forklift certification and pass DOT HAZMAT training requirements.
