Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical cost management, estimating, quantity surveying, and change management across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for large-scale advanced manufacturing projects.
  • •Review design documentation with engineering and construction teams to assess cost impacts and identify value engineering opportunities.
  • •Prepare, review, and reconcile cost estimates across design and construction phases; estimate and manage change orders and cost reporting.
  • •Coordinate contractor pricing inputs, perform cost checks/audits/benchmarking, and produce monthly cost reports and client-facing presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •7+ years of cost management, quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial management experience in construction.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale industrial/manufacturing or other complex mission-critical construction projects.
  • •Strong mechanical construction knowledge, including HVAC systems, process piping, and utility infrastructure.
  • •Demonstrated ability to prepare estimates, cost plans, change orders, valuations, and cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
