Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and oversee space planning, test fits, programming diagrams, plans, elevations, details, and 3D models in coordination with the project team.
  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive construction documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, design intent, and alignment with codes and standards.
  • •Coordinate interdisciplinary interior design documentation, review for coordination issues, and provide QA/QC through project delivery while mentoring junior designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with at least 6 years of interior design experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
  • •Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills; accountable to meet deadlines.
