Key Responsibilities

•Design compliant tokenized asset structures for MWS clients across real estate, healthcare, AI deep tech, and defense.
•Work with issuers and their legal counsel to translate existing asset structures into MLS-compatible tokenization frameworks.
•Define legal and structural requirements for each MWS asset class with the Head of Legal.
•Produce term sheets and structuring proposals for prospective MWS issuers.
•Build and maintain the MWS structuring playbook and advise the Head of Tokenization on asset class strategy.
