Key Responsibilities

  • •Design compliant tokenized asset structures for MWS clients across real estate, healthcare, AI deep tech, and defense.
  • •Work with issuers and their legal counsel to translate existing asset structures into MLS-compatible tokenization frameworks.
  • •Define legal and structural requirements for each MWS asset class with the Head of Legal.
  • •Produce term sheets and structuring proposals for prospective MWS issuers.
  • •Build and maintain the MWS structuring playbook and advise the Head of Tokenization on asset class strategy.

Key Requirements
