Regional Manager

Create and lead the Australia + New Zealand region by building and managing a team that develops, launches, and operates original events end-to-end. Own the region’s P&L, define and execute growth strategy, and ensure quality, sales performance, customer excellence, and KPI targets. Build local industry connections, manage partners, negotiate and close deals, coach team members, and represent Fever across Sydney, Melbourne, and other managed cities.
