Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect the long-term enterprise roadmap for distributed AI telemetry, streaming data engineering, and automated developer insight frameworks.
  • •Lead the evolution of the internal developer telemetry platform into a stateless, low-latency utility for billions of high-fidelity events across global regions.
  • •Spearhead ML/AI intelligence capabilities, including LLM-as-a-Judge models, to score code complexity, categorize AI use cases, and estimate ROI of generative AI tools.
  • •Own end-to-end data strategy by shifting from batch reporting to real-time event-driven architectures using a scalable Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) structure feeding into the enterprise data lake.
  • •Design and enforce privacy-by-design controls (automated PII masking, token management, secret filtering) and lead by direct technical contribution, including prototyping and mentoring principal and senior engineers.

Salary: USD 293,600 - 335,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
  • •At least 5 years of experience with big data engineering, distributed computing, or data architecture (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or cloud data warehouses).
  • •At least 4 years of experience building and optimizing production-grade ML/AI lifecycles, pipelines, or frameworks.
  • •At least 2 years of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
