Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Dive Center Manager and support smooth daily dive center operations at the assigned asset.
  • •Lead certified divers on guided dives, ensuring safety, professionalism, and high-quality guest engagement.
  • •Assist instructors with dive courses delivered according to PADI standards and procedures.
  • •Prepare dive boats and teaching environments daily, including support with cylinder filling, equipment handling, and maintaining the dive center’s appearance.
  • •Maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance; keep accurate records for dive activities and certifications, and support retail and dive-related sales as a Galaxea brand ambassador.

Key Requirements

  • •Active and renewed PADI Divemaster certification.
  • •Minimum 250 logged dives across various geographic locations.
  • •Strong knowledge of PADI courses and standards and dive center operations.
  • •Proven dive health and safety experience, including safety compliance and guest service.
  • •Valid Fit-to-Dive medical and experience handling equipment with basic maintenance knowledge.
