Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure seamless sales administration delivery, including opportunity pipeline, quotes, bids, and presenting requested pipeline information.
  • •Run in-depth analysis of sales reports and trends (e.g., customer sell-thru, top selling SKUs, open order reports) to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • •Administer approved promotions within Program & Allowances (P&A) and help increase net sales by reducing returns and allowances.
  • •Assist sales team and leadership with inside/outside sales calls, website/catalog analysis, and store visits; handle account questions, issues, and concerns.
  • •Manage order execution details by setting up and correcting EDI orders, coordinating logistics for timely shipments, and responding to customer inquiries (tracking, pricing, quotes, invoice and shipment variances).
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: EUR 36,000 - 42,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and ability to use the Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • •Experience working with enterprise analytical tools and high-volume reporting/analysis.
  • •Experience working in a sales or customer service environment, with a proven track record of working to KPIs and targets.
  • •Proven verbal and written communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration.
