Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Listen during in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and match clients to appropriate solutions.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and develop partnerships to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year's experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
