Job Summary

Lead network operations delivery from the NTT DATA Network Operations Centre (NOC) for a Federal Government client, ensuring contracted managed services outcomes and stable, secure infrastructure. Proactively monitor and manage ticket queues, investigate and resolve escalated incidents, and act as emergency support for critical issues. Manage team performance through SLAs, training, recruitment, and resource coverage while operating within security, compliance, WHS, and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor ticket queues, ensuring tickets are updated and escalated appropriately.
•Independently resolve escalated incidents and requests within agreed SLAs under general direction.
•Provide support for escalated incidents and ensure timely escalation to management with ongoing updates.
•Act as emergency support contact for critical, business-impacting issues.
•Lead managed services operations delivery from the NOC, including managing resources/on-call coverage and implementing training, performance management, recruitment, and succession planning while adhering to security and compliance frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Australian Citizen with an AGSVA Baseline clearance.
•AGSVA NV1 clearance or higher is well regarded.
•A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
•Experience leading a network operations support team.
•Experience in organisational change management and supporting domain towers (e.g., Platform, Network, Collaboration/Customer Experience, Security, Tools & Applications).
