Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate workgroups to deliver defined goals and outcomes, supporting collaborative problem solving and improved team performance.
•Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, milestones, timelines, and resources) and continuously monitor and update them for changes and risks.
•Identify, assess, and document project risks and issues; develop mitigation/contingency plans and implement escalation procedures as needed.
•Establish communication channels between project teams, business units, and vendors; facilitate status updates, meetings, and governance reviews to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
•Track project KPIs, prepare dashboards/status reports/executive summaries, analyze performance trends, and recommend corrective actions; manage resource availability and capacity constraints.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
•3 years of relevant experience is required.
