  • •Supervise and develop inventory control associates/technicians: set priorities, assign work, and coordinate with warehouse materials operations.
  • •Maintain segregated inventory tracking across multiple maritime programs and ensure accurate attribution for cost allocation.
  • •Serve as a warehouse ERP/WMS power user: support configuration for multi-business-line tracking, troubleshoot issues, and ensure transaction discipline.
  • •Monitor and reconcile inventory variances, support audits and inventory valuation, and ensure DFARS compliance for government property accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
  • •1+ year of experience supervising or leading a team.
  • •Proficiency with ERP and/or WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • •Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) and comfort working with large data sets.
