Key Responsibilities

  • •Sales floor operations: Act as a member of the sales team offering excellent customer service, developing and maximizing sales opportunities whilst ensuring customer retention.
  • •Stock and back-office management: Maintain knowledge of stock, ensure proper storage, and participate in stock ordering and maintenance.
  • •CRM & customer database: Contribute to accurate customer databases in support of CRM initiatives.
  • •Security & loss prevention: Take part in security activities to protect stock and company assets.
  • •Team collaboration: Liaise with the wider John Lobb team and undertake projects at the Manager's direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end/luxury international retail contexts; experience in shoes or men’s clothing would be a plus.
  • •Excellent communication skills: written and oral English.
  • •Fluency in another language would be a strong advantage.
  • •Some experience of retail administration; a basic understanding of CRM, databases and e-commerce would be a plus.
