Key Responsibilities

•Sales floor operations: Act as a member of the sales team offering excellent customer service, developing and maximizing sales opportunities whilst ensuring customer retention.
•Stock and back-office management: Maintain knowledge of stock, ensure proper storage, and participate in stock ordering and maintenance.
•CRM & customer database: Contribute to accurate customer databases in support of CRM initiatives.
•Security & loss prevention: Take part in security activities to protect stock and company assets.
•Team collaboration: Liaise with the wider John Lobb team and undertake projects at the Manager's direction.

Salary: USD 25 - 27 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end/luxury international retail contexts; experience in shoes or men’s clothing would be a plus.
•Excellent communication skills: written and oral English.
•Fluency in another language would be a strong advantage.
•Some experience of retail administration; a basic understanding of CRM, databases and e-commerce would be a plus.
• possess a sophisticated approach to selling and customer relations.
