Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute comprehensive bioanalytical strategies for small molecules, large molecules, and ADCs across discovery through preclinical development (GLP and non-GLP).
•Oversee design, validation, and transfer of PK, PD, and immunogenicity assays at external labs.
•Lead selection, qualification, and management of global CRO partners to ensure data quality, timelines, and budget alignment, including troubleshooting assay anomalies.
•Manage international sample shipment logistics, cold-chain management, import/export compliance, and stability tracking to maintain data integrity.
•Author and review regulatory bioanalytical sections for IND applications and investigator brochures, and represent the function in cross-functional and regulatory interactions (FDA, EMA).

Key Requirements

•Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related discipline with 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience, or B.S./M.S. with 8+ years equivalent experience.
•Proven track record leading bioanalytical strategies across multiple modalities, including small molecules, biologics, and ADCs.
•Deep understanding of GLP and non-GLP preclinical study regulations, FDA/EMA bioanalytical method validation guidelines, and ICH guidelines.
•Extensive experience with analytical platforms (e.g., LC-MS/MS, LBA, flow cytometry) and biomarker assay development and validation.
•Expert knowledge of global sample shipping logistics, biosafety regulations, and chain-of-custody for preclinical samples, including experience writing IND bioanalytical sections.
