Key Responsibilities

  • •Own outcomes across the investor journey, aiming for customer success and business metrics like conversion and retention.
  • •Design with the customer at the center by translating user problems and behaviors into product solutions.
  • •Raise the craft bar through strong point of view in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
  • •Set and measure design/product KPIs using hypotheses and measurable outcomes to decide what to build, kill, or deprioritize.
  • •Drive end-to-end outcomes cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance—e.g., onboarding/KYC and investment flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Treat the product area like a founding team member and take high ownership for fixing issues in the investor journey.
  • •Make data-driven design decisions using quantitative and qualitative signals, and defend trade-offs.
  • •Plan and execute UX research with recent user engagement; clearly articulate user problems in their words.
  • •Have strong interaction and visual craft, able to move from end-to-end flows to pixel-level detail.
  • •Bring strong systems thinking and be able to collaborate cross-functionally beyond design deliverables.
