Maintenance Planner

Plan and schedule maintenance activities for assigned plant units, balancing safety, cost, and performance to minimize downtime and support regulatory and production goals. Own the full maintenance planning workflow (work orders, backlog prioritization, scheduling), manage spare parts and BOMs in SAP, and lead planning meetings with engineering, operations, and procurement. Create and improve job plans via standardization, RCPE participation, and continuous improvement.
