  • •Conduct high-impact applied research to move state-of-the-art advances into next-generation customer experiences.
  • •Translate technical complexity into tangible business goals through strong interpersonal communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 218,700 - 272,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD (or an MS plus 2 years of applied research experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models and solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of AI methodologies and the ability to own and pursue a research agenda with impactful problems and long-running projects.
  • •Experience building large deep learning models (language, images, events, or graphs) with expertise in areas such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, or RLHF.
  • •Track record delivering models at scale across training data and inference volumes, including experience delivering libraries or platform/solution-level code to existing products.
