Key Responsibilities

•Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers using distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
•Stay on top of technology trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor other members of the engineering community; code or evaluate code as needed.
•Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that improve customer experiences.
•Use programming languages and databases (including open-source RDBMS/NoSQL) alongside container orchestration and cloud services to build solutions.
•Drive major transformation efforts within the engineering organization to solve real business problems.

Key Requirements

•Advanced English fluency.
•Bachelor’s Degree.
•At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
•At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
•At least 3 years of people management experience.
