Drive sales for an Electric Mobility showroom within Al-Futtaim Automotive, turning digital leads into loyal buyers. Key Responsibilities

•Welcome and engage customers in the showroom and guide them through their purchasing journey.
•Conduct customer needs assessments, product demonstrations, and test drives.
•Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to showroom performance, including NPS and Mystery Shopping outcomes.
•Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems and maintain accurate lead/opportunity/customer records in C4C.
•Maintain sales documentation, deposits, vehicle order processing, and complete required sales/compliance/system training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, automotive, technology, electronics, or other premium customer-facing industries.
•Automotive sales experience is advantageous.
•Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
•Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
