Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before starting the day’s patients.
  • •Use a modern technology schedule to navigate and commute to patients’ homes.
  • •Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and perform preventative/diagnostic services including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
  • •Perform services such as diabetic retina images, diabetic foot screenings, and ECGs while keeping care comfortable for patients.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and specimen collection.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently (with or without minimal supervision) and in a team environment.
  • •To begin working: state-required licensure and/or proof of training, national certification where applicable, Basic Life Support, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
