Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and implement application configuration and system workflow integration for radiology informatics solutions.
  • •Collaborate in project teams to configure clinical workflows and support successful VUE PACS implementations.
  • •Develop and execute training programs for clinical users and support UAT for solution go-live.
  • •Own resolution of defects related to clinical UI and workflows, and mentor customers in system maintenance.
  • •Document as-built workflows and facilitate handover to service support, while supporting development of new solutions and product functionality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or vocational education and 4+ years (clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science and Technology preferred).
  • •Experience in a radiology department with strong knowledge of radiology workflows.
  • •Experience with PACS.
  • •Hold a radiographer license, or have worked as a PACS administrator (ideally).
  • •Proficiency with MS Office products and experience with application training and/or consulting.
