Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Procurement Transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, operational excellence, and performance improvement.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement projects across Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Planning, and Procurement Operations.
  • •Develop and govern the Procurement Management Operating System (MOS), including KPI frameworks, dashboards, operating reviews, and performance governance.
  • •Drive process simplification, harmonization, and best practice adoption across the global Procurement organization.
  • •Leverage SAP and digital technologies to enhance planning and procurement processes, and lead change management activities to drive adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Material Planning, Operations, or Business Transformation.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex business improvement initiatives.
  • •Strong SAP experience with planning, procurement, and material management processes, including planning and processing transaction codes.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or equivalent operational excellence certification, and PMP or other project management certification.
