Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap definition translating the autonomous enterprise vision into value-driven guidance.
  • •Partner with CIOs and senior IT leaders on RISE-led transformations and engage business leaders on strategy drivers.
  • •Initiate and drive process transformation discussions using Signavio inputs for such discussions.
  • •Drive value realization through solution adoption and agent-led toolchain adoption (CALM, LeanIX, Walkme, Signavio, Tricentis).
  • •Lead customer SAP Business AI strategy by driving adoption across S/4HANA and SAP BTP, defining AI use-case roadmaps, and influencing premium AI licensing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience and leadership in enterprise architecture or customer-facing transformation roles.
  • •Deep knowledge of SAP EA framework (or similar such as TOGAF), RISE with SAP, and Clean Core principles.
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA and complex hybrid landscapes.
  • •Strong advisory and executive communication skills to bridge technical and business value, semantics, and organizational goals.
  • •Ability to mentor peers and document complex architectural insights clearly for others.
