Job Summary

Own and scale the marketing function in a remote-first, open-source AI infrastructure company. You’ll lead a growing marketing org across demand generation, product/technical marketing, growth, field marketing, and design, partner with DevRel and Sales, and drive both enterprise pipeline and product-led growth. Build launch go-to-market plans, ABM and competitive migration programs, and a content/SEO/GEO engine that turns developers and enterprise buyers into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead the marketing org across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, growth, and design.
•Own the pipeline number jointly with Sales by standing up an enterprise demand generation engine including ABM, outbound coordination, and field events.
•Drive product-led growth acquisition and conversion by turning open-source adoption into revenue.
•Lead go-to-market for major product launches, including positioning, packaging, pricing narrative, competitive framing, and launch execution.
•Build ABM programs for enterprise verticals and run competitive migration campaigns, while owning content strategy, SEO, GEO, and technical product marketing.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years leading a marketing team at a developer tools company through hyper-growth (ideally Series B to Series C).
•Deep familiarity with vector search, retrieval, or broader AI infrastructure; able to read product docs quickly and discuss technical concepts with engineering.
•Proven track record building enterprise/ABM demand generation and PLG growth motions together.
•Strong technical product marketing background, including positioning, competitive narratives, and sales enablement for technical products.
•Hands-on operator experience writing copy, building campaigns, briefing analysts, and using Salesforce reporting before and while scaling a team.
