Job Summary

Join Twilio as a Compliance Operations Specialist 1 to monitor traffic across voice, SMS and email, ensure traffic on Twilio’s platform is legal, compliant, and wanted, and follow Voice/Messaging/Acceptable Use policies and CTIA requirements. You’ll investigate cases, identify trends, and prevent non-compliant activity while delivering excellent customer support, using data and investigative skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate cases quickly and efficiently, perform analysis to understand bad actor behavior and become a subject matter expert in compliance investigations
•Protect Twilio customers and consumers by identifying bad actors and non-compliant activity, taking action daily while minimizing false positives
•Identify trends, root cause gaps and recommend preventative solutions to stop bad actors from being successful
•Use call detail records and aggregate traffic data to identify patterns and determine a set of actions
•Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers and consumers worldwide
