Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure correct store inventory levels (no OOS/OVS) by analyzing inventory status and updating ordering parameters.
  • •Maintain replenishment model parameters in the system, including lead times, reorder point, EOQ, and supplier minimum order quantities.
  • •Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store ordering, and track order receipt.
  • •Coordinate relevant inventory management with Category Managers and provide timely, accurate inventory and purchase forecast reporting.
  • •Dispatch orders to suppliers, track them, liaise to improve collaborative forecasting and replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3+ years of experience in Inventory Controlling and Demand Planning.
  • •Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize while delivering solutions.
  • •Able to interact with senior-level executives and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills with hands-on ability using several tools.
  • •Fluent English and Arabic (Arabic highly advantageous).
