Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic oversight of IT infrastructure, systems, and technology platforms to ensure high availability, operational resilience, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • •Oversee the 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) with proactive monitoring, event management, and rapid incident response to minimize business impact.
  • •Lead feasibility studies, technology benchmarking, and proof of concept (PoC) initiatives to inform architectural decisions, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and technology roadmaps.
  • •Oversee end-to-end execution of infrastructure initiatives including data center modernization, cloud migration, network upgrades, platform refreshes, and core operational system deployments.
  • •Build, mentor, and develop the IT operations and infrastructure support team, ensuring effective service transition and knowledge transfer on new initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (3+ years).
  • •10–12 years of experience directing and handling IT operations, including installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment.
  • •Proven experience managing teams of technicians, system engineers, and other IT staff.
  • •Working knowledge of ITSM tools and standards (COBIT, ITIL or ITSM).
  • •Experience handling disaster recovery situations, including monitoring and admin tools and disaster recovery readiness (RTO/RPO).
