Key Responsibilities

  • •Use defect detection equipment and processes to solve issues and accelerate learning and technology transfer in Technology Development.
  • •Collect and analyze tool/process data to establish baseline health metrics and identify performance or efficiency improvements.
  • •Write or modify equipment inspection recipes to support RDA needs and support experimentation.
  • •Perform basic and advanced recoveries for down tools and monitor tool qualification SPC charts, initiating repairs and adjusting limits as necessary.
  • •Drive software upgrades with internal/external vendors and partner with teams to improve inspection capability through systematic and random defect improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of NAND semiconductor manufacturing experience, with preferred inspection recipe setup experience for RDA applications.
  • •Interest and capability in X-ray inspection technology (XRD), Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM), and strong SEM imaging/interpretation for defect identification.
  • •Experience writing or modifying inspection/equipment recipes for RDA-related inspection tools (DF/BF/CIRCL/SEM/XRD/SAM, etc.).
  • •Ability to set up RDA equipment, monitor stability, improve capability, and coordinate with vendor representatives for advanced functionality.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field.
