Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall program, project, and workstream deliverables, including project planning, milestone execution, and monitoring.
  • •Develop feasibility studies for new scope/new business, including scenarios, recommendations, and risk analysis.
  • •Manage timely communication of project progress and results to sponsors and senior management.
  • •Monitor and highlight project variables (cost, effort, scope) vs. plan and recommend corrective/preventative actions.
  • •Manage processes and tools that increase transparency on supply chain costs, and oversee knowledge-sharing and employer branding activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in logistics, S&OP, or inventory management in the sports goods industry.
  • •University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • •Experience with adidas system landscape, including SAP and WMS.
  • •Proficiency creating custom reports in MSTR and PowerBI, with strong analytical skills using data from multiple sources.
  • •PMP and Lean Six-Sigma certification preferred.
