Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a major part of our AI product surface and be accountable for its vision, strategy, and impact.
  • •Deeply understand customers, the business, and the technology to inform a compelling roadmap.
  • •Collaborate daily with ML scientists, ML engineers, AI designers, and ML researchers to turn advanced AI capabilities into high-value product experiences.
  • •Ship ambitious AI products from exploration to production launches, running experiments and iterating based on success metrics.
  • •Collaborate across the company to integrate AI across the Intercom platform and drive adoption and customer impact.
