Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission, program, set up graphics and communications links, perform end-to-end testing, and troubleshoot and service assigned projects.
  • •Document point-to-point verification, validate sequences of operations, and complete job closeout requirements.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Maintain current knowledge of Trane product installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair for direct digital control systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •Previous experience with DDC controls system preferred.
