Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor and uphold Fitness First brand standards.
  • •Assist and correct members during exercise execution to ensure safety and maximize effectiveness.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs, session support, and new member induction sessions.
  • •Complete ongoing training and certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and meet CPD requirements.
  • •Perform personal training administrative tasks, including booking schedules, goal setting, and updating sessions on the Fitness Enterprise System.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards (enrolled)
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements
  • •Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy
  • •Provide ongoing professional development by completing CPD points (including annual live course)
