Job Summary

Own complex, customized solutioning for Financial Institutions and partner closely with the Frontline sales team during deal stages. Act as a “Business Solution Architect” and capabilities expert to develop and quantify integrated value propositions across Mastercard products, services, and platforms. Lead Customer Solutions Center efforts on complex value propositions, build business requirements with product specialists and technical architects, and drive market/segment innovation with external partners when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Frontline sales team during solutioning to maximize Mastercard business solutions for Financial Institutions clients.
•Bridge between Frontline sales and product/solution expertise; understand value chain trends, needs, and opportunities for assigned segments.
•Lead development and sale of complex value propositions, including assembling the right solution “squad” for client opportunities/RFPs.
•Develop business requirements documents in collaboration with product specialists and technical architects; iterate through value proposition and proposal stages.
•Create and refine solutions for known market needs, leverage Mastercard solution bundles, and identify external enabling partners (e.g., fintechs) when internal capabilities are not present.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Engineering.
•Deep understanding of product development, product management, and problem solving.
•Extensive experience partnering with account managers and sales staff.
•Experience managing issuing and acquiring products, including digital payments and value-added services like loyalty and benefits.
•Strong ability to comprehend business and market context to architect integrated, innovative solutions; understands technical basics such as APIs and process flows.
