•Lead and support rapid debugging and issue resolution with engineering teams in and outside the company.
•Identify feature gaps and drive improvements in product capabilities, tools, and usage models.
•Develop, test, and debug system-level use cases and workloads, verifying software packages across platforms and operating systems.
•Create and maintain technical documentation including release notes, user guides, application notes, and white papers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
•2+ years of experience in embedded software development, validation, or technical customer support roles.
•2+ years of experience with Assembly, C++, or Python.
•Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving in complex environments.
•Familiarity with high-speed networking specifications such as IEEE, SFF, and CMIS.
