Key Responsibilities

•Independently manages multiple customer onboardings at any given time
•Oversee every phase of the onboarding cycle (Initiate, Analyze, Enable, Deploy, Optimize)
•Conduct client facing product demonstrations and product training
•Provide technical support to clients and Client Success Managers throughout onboarding and post-sale
•Develop project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time meeting client expectations
