Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide expert commercial support across facilities management, property maintenance and construction activities. You will drive cost control, risk management and value-for-money across USVF/defence projects, coordinating with clients, supply chains and internal teams to ensure contract governance and compliant delivery.

•Provide cost advice, manage commercial risk and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements
•Develop robust cost models and manage budgets across core services and billable works
•Support the full project lifecycle from pricing through to final accounts and post-contract cost control
•Monitor costs, support monthly reporting, review supply chain performance and deliver insights to improve commercial performance
•Collaborate with clients, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and suppliers to resolve commercial issues and maintain strong relationships
