Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Build, scale, and operate production-grade machine learning systems that power real-time targeting, decisioning, and personalization across the Attentive platform. Own ML projects end to end—from data exploration and modeling through deployment, monitoring, and iteration—while proactively validating and improving model and system quality. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to translate business problems into ML solutions, and help raise best practices across the ML team.
