Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead committed, high-performing Store Managers and teams across the nominated territory.
  • •Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs while maximizing sales and profitability.
  • •Ensure consistent execution of global brand standards and visual merchandising (VM) across all stores.
  • •Partner with HR, Retail Ops, Training, and Merchandising to develop training programs and maintain strong relationships with store teams.
  • •Analyze business performance and reporting, improve regional stock loss and accuracy, manage payroll, and provide product/customer/local market feedback.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive retail management experience in a global organization, with a proven track record in a multi-site field management role (e.g., Area/District manager).
  • •Experience running a high-profile region with a high turnover and delivering against sales targets and store KPIs.
  • •Customer-centric, service-focused leadership with a target-driven, sales-focused mentality.
  • •Fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • •Proficient using Microsoft Office and able to travel 80% of the time.
