Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I candidate through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, cross-sell retail consumer and small business solutions, and set appointments using approved marketing tools. Process teller transactions, support overall financial center performance, and build partnerships with mortgage and business teams.

•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and support financial center operations, including participating in the consumer loan and bankcard process and opening/closing activities as directed.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
