PMC Lead Ground Improvement Engineer

Oversee and review ground improvement activities on major oil & gas and infrastructure projects, acting for the Project Management Consultant (PMC). Lead technical approval of contractors’ methodologies, designs, calculations, and construction procedures to ensure compliance with specifications, international standards, quality, safety, and schedule. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supervise execution, monitor instrumentation and reporting, and support HSE requirements while preparing technical assessments and recommendations.
