Support and enhance enterprise endpoint management platforms centered on Intune and SCCM. Own device lifecycle automation and user experience by implementing Windows Autopilot, managing co-management, and configuring policies, apps, and update rings. Drive SCCM to Intune migration and modern workplace modernization, including security and compliance (BitLocker, Defender, Conditional Access). Troubleshoot enrollment and provide L3 support while automating workflows with PowerShell and Graph API.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage enterprise endpoint environments using Intune and SCCM.
•Implement Windows Autopilot for user-driven and hybrid provisioning.
•Lead migrations from SCCM to Intune and hybrid scenarios to Azure AD.
•Configure endpoint policies, apps, and update rings; troubleshoot enrollment and policy/app issues.
•Implement endpoint security (BitLocker, Defender), define compliance with Conditional Access, and automate with PowerShell/Graph API.
