Job Summary

Lead the development and management of smart service product offerings for Trane’s North America Commercial HVAC business. Partner with a cross-functional product team to drive revenue growth, maintain market share, and expand margins through pricing strategy, industry and competitor analysis, and a multigenerational service product plan. Own day-to-day service offer needs, influence positioning and policies, and support marketing/commercialization for new service offerings.

•Contribute to the Trane Service Products Growth Team (PGT) to drive profitable growth across product management, engineering, operations, and stakeholders.
•Support development of the service strategy, long-range plan, and annual operating plan.
•Manage day-to-day service offering needs, including implementation of new pricing strategies.
•Conduct market, industry, and competitor analyses, including segmentation of end consumers and customers.
•Develop and execute a multigenerational product plan (MGPP) and support marketing/commercialization for new services offerings, including reviewing and adjusting offer structure and pricing.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 117,673.33 - 164,675 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or a related field.
•Bachelor's degree required; a technical bachelor’s degree is preferred.

•Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
