Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and execute integrated project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
  • •Enforce safety program and drive zero-incident culture across subcontractors.
  • •Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time.
  • •Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value and resource loading; issue recovery plans when needed.
  • •Verify on-site QA/QC, material submittals, RFI and change-order processes.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S./B.E./B.A. in engineering or related field; preferred construction management qualification
  • •7+ years managing hyperscale, semiconductor or mission-critical construction projects
  • •Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows and cost controls
  • •Proven track record delivering fast-track projects in multiple geographies
  • •OSHA 30 (or equivalent) and familiarity with NFPA 70E, local codes, permit processes
