Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with equity plan participants and resolve questions related to vesting, transactions, enrollment, and general inquiries via escalation processes.
  • •Maintain participant-facing FAQ documents and keep training materials up to date.
  • •Assist with administration of equity plans, including ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, and ESPP.
  • •Contribute to equity-related policies and procedures; analyze feedback and operational metrics to propose process improvements and automation; support special projects with the Director of Stock Administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (BA or BS) degree.
  • •2+ years of experience administering equity compensation plans in a public company.
  • •Prior experience with equity administration platform Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and an HRIS system, preferably Oracle.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • •General understanding of US federal and state taxation; customer-focused and able to handle multiple complex projects.
