Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-develop, execute, and continuously refine long-term GTM and joint business plans with assigned partners, including revenue targets, joint marketing initiatives, and milestones.
  • •Establish and maintain high-level partner relationships with executives, sales leaders, and technical teams across strategic partner accounts.
  • •Drive partner enablement and certification attainment so partner sales and pre-sales engineering teams support GTM and business plans.
  • •Maintain end-to-end visibility of the partner deal pipeline and enforce Salesforce (SFDC) hygiene for accurate sales forecasting and participation in key sales cycles.
  • •Coordinate distribution alignment and manage channel governance, including deal registration, conflict resolution, and adherence to channel program guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of direct channel sales, territory management, or partner business development experience in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise IT.
  • •Proven ability to co-develop, execute, and track joint strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) business plans and marketing campaigns with partners.
  • •Consistent history of meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets with strong sales forecasting, pipeline management (Salesforce/SFDC), and opportunity closure.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, with ability to negotiate and build trusted relationships with partner executives.
  • •Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
