Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with company policy and management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO9001, FSSC22000, ISO14001, ISO45001) and maintain GMP, HSE, and 5S in the workplace.
  • •Operate, monitor, and control DCS based on SOP/WI/reference and instructions from the Production Executive.
  • •Record process conditions and maintain checklists; compile and record plant activities in logbooks and daily reports.
  • •Monitor and report deviations, failures, or malfunctions in systems or machineries to the Production Executive/Production Supervisor without delay.
  • •Ensure efficient plant operations across raw material unloading, processing, and finishing; manage SAP process orders and prepare product labels.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in the oleochemical industry (refinery).
  • •Good technical knowledge to support management goals and programs.
  • •Able to work in a GMP and food safety working environment (experience added advantage).
  • •Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; SAP experience is added advantage.
