Key Responsibilities

  • •Elaborate budgets, unit price compositions, equipment compositions, direct and indirect labor, local administration costs, provisional installations and BDI, service and input cost curves, and economic-financial schedule.
  • •Calculate social charges, escalation, contingencies and inaccuracies.
  • •Conduct cost analysis.
  • •Coordinate budgeting and cost control on projects.
  • •Monitor planned vs. actual to ensure the project is executed within budget; participate in value engineering sessions and change requests.
  • •Develop progress measurement criteria with suppliers and collect market cost data.
  • •Produce cash flow forecasts for internal and client use.
  • •Support budget reviews after engineering package issuance and participate in weekly project and department meetings.
  • •Support estimates across all project phases and issue weekly cost progress reports including expense forecasts.
  • •Stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation in Civil Engineering or related field
  • •Proficiency in using the Office package
  • •Proficiency in COMPOR 90 system
  • •Proficiency in MS Project
