Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical relationship from first demo to production deployment, tailoring AI agents to match customer workflows.
  • •Build custom integrations, APIs, and workflows connecting voice AI and document agents to customer systems (claims management platforms, CRMs).
  • •Tune and optimize AI systems through prompt engineering and behavior refinement based on usage patterns and feedback.
  • •Provide discovery and product feedback to shape the roadmap, translating customer insights into actionable improvements.
  • •Guide customers through complex decisions about AI agent design, workflow automation, and system integration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years building or implementing technical solutions with foundational coding skills in Python or TypeScript
  • •Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • •Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
